What is Product Monitoring?

Keep your factory accountable start to finish. Production Monitoring means an on-site Product Inspection performed every day of your production. An inspector scrutinizes your factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and indentifying and eliminating defects. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process. Production Monitoring keeps your product consistent and to your specifications for $ USD per day.

For all inspections, AsiaInspection uses the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit.

Quality Standards

We use the internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standard for all product inspections. For each inspection, this allows the client to set their acceptable quality tolerance levels.

Representing your interests in the factory, we inspect as per your specifications and/or sample(s) provided. We provide you a detailed report with photos, enabling you to make an informed decision to accept or reject the production.

Representing clients in over 100 countries, our university educated inspectors are regularly updated on government regulations and product safety.

Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)

The Acceptable Quality Level, commonly referred to as AQL, is a method widely used to measure a production order sample to find whether or not the entire product order has met the client's specifications. The customer then has the data to make an informed decision to accept or reject the lot.

AsiaInspection Inspectors exclusively use ISO 2859 tables to measure AQL. These tables are a United States standard with equivalents in all national and international standardization organizations (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, NF06-022, BS 6001, DIN 40080).

Your inspection report will clearly state if your production has passed or failed your selected AQL.

How do I determine the right sample size and acceptance number?

Our trained account managers will be available to ensure you choose the inspection and AQL that is correct for your needs.

For a hypothetical inspection of a production with 4,000 units, with an Acceptable Quality Level of II, Table A indicates a general inspection level of "L".

Referring to Table B row L. For a sample size of 200, with an AQL of 2.5, no more than 10 units may fail for a passed report

AQSIQ Licensed

The General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), is the body in charge of national quality import/export safety, certification accreditation and standardization, as well as administrative law-enforcement for the People's Rebulic of China.

AsiaInspection is licensed by AQSIQ, a requirement to perform quality control services in the People's Republic of China.

This national accreditation body is responsible for the certification of laboratories and inspection bodies, under the approval of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA).
